These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your relationship with Peregrina Journeys LLC when you enquire about or book one of our guided walking journeys. By using this site you agree to the terms set out below.

Enquiries and bookings

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A place on a journey is reserved only once we have confirmed availability in writing and received any agreed deposit. We will always set out the full price, what is included, and the payment schedule before you commit.

Pricing

Prices are quoted per traveller and stated clearly at the time of booking. They include the services described in your itinerary and exclude personal expenses, travel to the starting point, and personal travel insurance unless we state otherwise.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as early as possible; the terms that apply will be those given to you in writing at the time of booking. On rare occasions weather, safety or circumstances beyond our control may require us to adjust a route. Where this happens we will offer the closest reasonable alternative.

Your responsibilities

To travel with a level of fitness appropriate to the journey you have chosen.
To hold valid travel documents and any required personal travel insurance.
To follow the reasonable guidance of your guide for the safety of the group.

Limitation of liability

We take great care in planning and leading our journeys. To the extent permitted by law, Peregrina is not liable for loss or disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or by your failure to meet the responsibilities set out above.
